Most products are shipped on Acton Precast Concrete's own delivery trucks. Some items have the cost of delivery included in the price while others are delivered for a charge based on the distance from our yard. Please contact our office to determine the appropriate delivery rate. Units with weights in excess of 2000 kgs. can be set in place by the delivery truck provided the excavation and the site are ready at the time of delivery. Units with weights less than 2000 kgs. are usually set off in groups to be installed by the customer. The truck driver has the authority to refuse to enter a site, offload a unit, or attempt any operation that he feels would place himself, our equipment, or the customer at risk. Our trucks leave the public roadway at the risk of the customer or landowner. Acton Precast Concrete Limited will not be responsible for costs incurred by the delay of delivery, or breakdown of our equipment.

Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 45 days, provided the item is in original condition* and was not a special order/ custom made unit. A copy of the receipt is required and a 25% restocking charge will apply to refunds. Items that are picked up by an Acton Precast truck for refund will be charged additional delivery.

*Original condition means; not chipped, cut, cracked, covered in mud, dirt, mortar or anything else that would take away from it's "like new" appearance.

Products manufactured by Acton Precast Concrete Limited are warranted for one year, from the date of sale, against defects in construction. Defective products will be repaired or replaced, at the manufacturer's discretion. Products will be replaced in the same manner in which they were originally purchased. Acton Precast Concrete Limited will not be liable for labour costs involved in replacement or damage caused by the product failure. Items not manufactured by Acton Precast Concrete Limited will be subject to the individual product manufacturer's warranty.
